  • Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a 6-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on one half of each dough circle, leaving a small border around the edge.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce on each dough circle.
  • Arrange the pepperoni slices over the cheese on each dough circle.
  • Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and press the edges firmly to seal.
  • Transfer the calzones to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
