Ingredients
- 2 pounds of large shrimp, deveined and shell-on
- 3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss 2 pounds of shrimp with 3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Place the seasoned shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shells are pink and the shrimp is opaque.
- Transfer the grilled shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the shrimp before eating.
