- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
