Ingredients
- 4 slices of ciabatta bread
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 slices of ham
- 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup of basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing 2 slices of provolone cheese on each of 2 slices of ciabatta bread.
- Top the cheese with 2 slices of ham, 1/4 cup of roasted red peppers, and a few basil leaves.
- Place the remaining 2 slices of ciabatta bread on top to form sandwiches.
- Brush the top and bottom of each sandwich with olive oil.
- Place the sandwiches in the panini press or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove the sandwiches from the press or pan, slice in half, and serve hot. Enjoy!
