Ingredients
- 2 oz of tequila
- 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz of agave nectar
- 1/2 of a jalapeno, sliced
- 1/4 cup of club soda
- Ice
- Lime wedge and jalapeno slice for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle 1/2 of a jalapeno slice to release its flavor and spice.
- Add 2 oz of tequila, 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, and 1/2 oz of agave nectar to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to chill the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top off with 1/4 cup of club soda.
