Pakistani Bun Kebab

Ingredients
- 4 buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp tamarind chutney
- 4 tbsp mint chutney
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Slice the buns in half and lightly toast them in the same pan.
- Spread tamarind chutney on one half of each bun and mint chutney on the other half.
- Place a kebab patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with sliced tomato and cucumber.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve hot.
