  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 4 tbsp mint chutney
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 4 tbsp mint chutney
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into patties.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • Slice the buns in half and lightly toast them in the same pan.
  • Spread tamarind chutney on one half of each bun and mint chutney on the other half.
  • Place a kebab patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Top with sliced tomato and cucumber.
  • Cover with the top half of the bun and serve hot.
