Ingredients
- 1 fresh oyster
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce cocktail sauce
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- A dash of hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Shuck the oyster and place it in a shot glass.
- Pour 1 ounce of vodka over the oyster.
