  • Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the rice to the skillet and stir to coat it with the garlic and oil.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and add the dried thyme. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let the rice simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
  • Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the rice.
