Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup raisins
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in 1/2 cup of raisins.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
- Serve hot with maple syrup and enjoy!
