  • Add the potatoes and continue to simmer for another 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the corn and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Finally, add the cabbage and fish sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
