Ingredients
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of granola
- 1/2 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- In two serving glasses or bowls, layer 2 tablespoons of granola at the bottom of each.
- Add a layer of the mixed berries on top of the granola in each glass.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the berries in each glass.
- Spoon half of the Greek yogurt mixture on top of the berries in each glass.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining granola, berries, honey, and yogurt.
- Top with a few extra berries for garnish, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
