Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup Dijon mustard, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the honey mustard mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with the remaining honey mustard glaze during the last few minutes of cooking.
