- 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of mixed berries, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
