The history of Mexican tacos dates back to the indigenous people of the Valley of Mexico, who were the first to fill corn tortillas with small fish. From the bustling streets of Mexico City to the coastal towns of Baja California, talented chefs and street vendors alike craft these delicious treats. The key to a perfect taco lies in the quality of the tortilla, the freshness of the fillings, and the balance of flavors.
