Mexican Coffee

Ingredients
- 2 cups of water
- 4 tablespoons of ground coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add 4 tablespoons of ground coffee and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let it sit for 3 minutes.
- Strain the coffee mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter into two mugs.
- Stir 2 tablespoons of brown sugar into each mug until dissolved.
- In a separate small saucepan, heat 1/4 cup of milk until hot but not boiling.
- Pour the hot milk into the mugs, dividing it evenly between the two.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup into each mug and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Mexican coffee!
