Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and divide the grilled chicken slices evenly among them.
  • Top the chicken with diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the fillings and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
