Instructions

  • Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Spread the cherry tomatoes, chopped spinach, chopped red onion, and crumbled feta cheese evenly over the pre-baked pie crust.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese in the pie crust.
  • Bake the quiche for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
