  • Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of hummus onto each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.
  • Evenly distribute the diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, and fresh parsley on top of the hummus on each tortilla.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly, starting from the bottom, to create a wrap.
  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
