Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3/4 cup of warm water
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 3/4 cup of warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a 1/4-inch thick circle.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and top each one with 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese, 1 tablespoon of sliced black olives, and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and crispy.
