  • Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 3/4 cup of warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a 1/4-inch thick circle.
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and top each one with 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of crumbled feta cheese, 1 tablespoon of sliced black olives, and 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and crispy.
