  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Set aside.
  • Lay out the whole wheat tortillas and spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla.
  • Divide the cooked and sliced chicken breast evenly among the tortillas, placing it on top of the hummus.
  • Spoon the tomato and cucumber mixture on top of the chicken on each tortilla.
  • Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the tomato and cucumber mixture on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the fillings on each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas in and then roll them up tightly to create the wraps.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the wraps for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy!
