Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to make the dressing. Set aside.
