Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 ripe mangoes, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk, and 1 tablespoon honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mango smoothie into two bowls.
- Top each bowl with 1/8 cup granola, 1/8 cup sliced strawberries, 1/8 cup blueberries, 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1/2 tablespoon shredded coconut.
