Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango, chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of ripe mango, 1 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the lassi is frothy.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
- Pour the mango lassi into glasses and serve chilled.
- Garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of ground cardamom if desired.
