  • Add the diced red bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooled cooked jasmine rice to the other side. Break up any clumps of rice and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  • Sprinkle the curry powder and red pepper flakes over the rice and vegetables. Stir to combine and evenly distribute the spices.
