  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)

  • Top the lettuce mixture on each tortilla with the cooked and shredded chicken.

  • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly from the bottom to create the wraps.
