Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 diced ripe mangoes, 2 diced ripe avocados, 1/2 finely chopped red onion, 1 minced jalapeno pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
- Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently toss again.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
