Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 2 diced ripe mangoes, 2 diced ripe avocados, 1/2 finely chopped red onion, 1 minced jalapeno pepper, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
  • Squeeze the juice of 2 limes over the mixture and gently toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently toss again.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Enjoy with grilled meats or as a dip for tortilla chips.
