  • 1 pound of Andouille sausage, sliced

  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 lemons, quartered
  • Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  • Add the corn, clams, mussels, and Andouille sausage to the pot and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Carefully add the live lobsters to the pot and cook for 12-15 minutes until they turn bright red and the internal temperature reaches 135°F.
  • While the seafood is cooking, mix the melted butter with the chopped parsley and a pinch of Old Bay seasoning in a small bowl.
  • Once the seafood is cooked, drain the pot and transfer the contents to a large serving platter or directly onto a table lined with newspaper or butcher paper.
  • Serve the Maine Lobster Bake with the melted butter mixture, lemon wedges, and additional Old Bay seasoning on the side.
