Ingredients
- 2 bagels, sliced and toasted
- 4 oz lox (smoked salmon)
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
- Top each bagel half with 2 oz of lox (smoked salmon).
- Arrange a few slices of red onion on top of the lox.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of capers over the red onion slices.
- Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a sprig of fresh dill.
