Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
