  • Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large serving platter or individual plates.
  • Pour the hot chili over the fries, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chili.
  • Top with diced onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos.
  • Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro.
