  • Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  • Evenly distribute 1 lb of pulled pork over the tortilla chips.
  • Drizzle 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce over the pulled pork and chips.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
