Ingredients
- 1 lb of pulled pork
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute 1 lb of pulled pork over the tortilla chips.
- Drizzle 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce over the pulled pork and chips.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Add 1/4 cup of diced red onion, 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes, and 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
