  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the finely chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, sesame oil, ground black pepper, and chopped cilantro.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve the Lemongrass Grilled Chicken with lime wedges and enjoy!
