Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 4 skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked skewers, dividing equally among the 4 skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and place on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle the shrimp skewers with 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
