Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
  • Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Pour in the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the spicy lemon garlic shrimp to a serving platter.
  • Garnish with additional chopped parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
