Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
