Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of honey, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
