  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Dip each chicken wing into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Place the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet.
