Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp sriracha sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
- Add 2 lbs of chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.
- Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking sheet over the wings and toss to coat.
- Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
