Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp sriracha sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • Add 2 lbs of chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the wings from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Drizzle any remaining sauce from the baking sheet over the wings and toss to coat.
