  • Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the coated chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 2 cloves of minced garlic.
  • Pour the honey sesame sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  • Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and 2 thinly sliced green onions over the chicken for garnish.
