  • Cook 8 oz of pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 honey sausages and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add 2 sliced bell peppers, 1 sliced onion, and 3 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine and heat through, about 2 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
