Ingredients
- 8 oz of pasta
- 4 honey sausages, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook 8 oz of pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 honey sausages and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add 2 sliced bell peppers, 1 sliced onion, and 3 minced cloves of garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine and heat through, about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle with the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
