Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to make the glaze.
- Brush the meatballs with the glaze, reserving some for serving.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the remaining glaze and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Serve the meatballs with the extra glaze for dipping. Enjoy!
