Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to make the glaze.
  • Brush the meatballs with the glaze, reserving some for serving.
