Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the honey mustard mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Brush the remaining honey mustard mixture over the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  • To assemble the wraps, divide the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese among the tortillas. Top with the sliced honey mustard glazed chicken.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!
