  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half of the honey mustard sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, turning them over halfway through and basting with the remaining honey mustard sauce.
  • Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve the honey mustard chicken wings hot and enjoy!
