Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning the fillets halfway through.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush the fillets with the remaining marinade while grilling.
