Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the teriyaki marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning the fillets halfway through.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush the fillets with the remaining marinade while grilling.
- Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter and drizzle with any remaining marinade. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
