  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
  • In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water to create a slurry. Add the slurry to the skillet and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Return the crispy tofu and mixed vegetables to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the honey garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
