Ingredients
- 4 large croissants
- 8 slices of ham
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, chives, and thyme)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, but do not separate the halves completely.
- Layer 2 slices of ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped herbs. Sprinkle the cheese and herb mixture over the ham on each croissant.
