Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, but do not separate the halves completely.
  • Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard and 1/4 tablespoon of honey on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Layer 2 slices of herb ham, 1 slice of cheese, and a few slices of avocado on top of the mustard and honey mixture on each croissant.
  • Close the croissants and brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
