  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Soy sauce, for dipping

  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • Pickled ginger and wasabi, for serving

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of finely chopped sushi-grade tuna, 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of sriracha sauce, 1 tsp of sesame oil, and 1/2 tsp of soy sauce. Mix well to combine.
  • Lay a sheet of nori on a clean surface. Moisten your hands with water and grab a small handful of sushi rice. Spread the rice evenly over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  • Place a spoonful of the spicy tuna mixture in the center of the rice. Add a few slices of cucumber and avocado on top of the tuna.
  • Roll the nori into a cone shape, starting from the bottom and rolling towards the top to form a hand roll.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining nori, rice, and filling ingredients.
  • Serve the spicy tuna hand rolls with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi on the side. Enjoy!
