  • Layer 2 slices of ham on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the ham on each croissant.
  • In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Crack an egg into the skillet for each croissant.
  • Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  • Carefully place a cooked egg on top of the cheese on each croissant.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of the eggs.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are heated through.
