  • 6 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, but do not separate the halves completely.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and honey.
  • Spread the Dijon-mayo mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Close the croissants and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the tops of the croissants with poppy seeds.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious ham and cheese croissants!
